At our studio our professionally designed and structured courses go much further than just punching and kicking. As professional martial arts instructors we feel that it is our duty not only to help our students develop self defense skills, but also to provide a complete program of character development to enhance our students ability to excel in life. Our courses include life skills, (Special Winning Attitude Team), progressive phases of character development, lessons of the month, themes of the week, newsletters, an instructor program, and special seminars and events.

Parents may stay and watch their children train or drop them off and come back in an hour later to pick them up after they have completed their class.
